Had quick check in, we appreciated it. All the staff were really good and pleasant day and night.

Location was good in the shopping area so close to the cinema, a grocery store nearby and the city center. I appreciated how excellent and knowledgeable the staff was.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, and an oven, and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating.

The room was immaculate & great-sized together with bedrooms, a TV, as for instance.

The food was fab - I liked it.

I had a such wonderful experience here, everything was really good, the location was amazing short walk to the centre, Sauchiehall with lots of restaurants and an alley behind the building. The best part were the amiable and accommodating staff. The room was big size and absolutely perfect with separate bathroom and magnificent views. The breakfast offered variety of fab meals. All the services were great.

The hotel has huge rooms and a magnificent location. the personnel are really good and pleasant, ensuring guests have a nice stay. the service is great with private parking available and fabulous meals. They offer extras like a hair dryer too.
